RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role as a transformation leader, your responsibilities will include managing teams in delivering cutting-edge technology and strategy projects, driving sales activities, and providing strategic guidance. We expect you to have a strong background in delivering global transformation projects, and have a passion for new technologies, and their role in shaping a prosperous future for the business.
Your responsibilities will be:
Commercial programme design, management, and delivery
Drive pipeline of projects and pipeline of own staffing
Lead and coach project leaders (strategy & technology specialist)
Manage stakeholders and use of resources across the various projects
Own sales targets and participation in sales meetings and proposal work
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
The successful candidate will bring a mix of business and technical depth, have a strong commercial mindset, and experience in leading large transformation programmes.
You have the following skills and experience:
Documented results of completing large transformation programmes (preferably in global organisations)
7-10 years of experience from a top tier strategy or technology consulting firm
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally, in writing, and visually
Strong technical background, with great analytical and problem-solving skills
Characterized by a high level of drive and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
A strong commercial mindset, seeking to improve sales and profitability of our customers
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish
Graduate degree and a solid academic record (preferably Master, or Ph.d.)
